Silent Movie Under the Stars 2025

Join Wharton Studio Museum on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025  at 8pm/sundown for the 15th annual Silent Movie Under the Stars at Upper Robert Treman State Park.  This year, we're excited to present The Eagle (1925), a swashbuckling romance starring the incomparable Rudolph Valentino on the big screen under the night sky. Featuring live musical accompaniment by The Djangoners: Harry Aceto on Manouche rhythm guitar, Eric Aceto on violin, Bobby Henrie on lead guitars, and Brian Williams on double bass.
This entertaining film is Valentino's penultimate one, as the actor passed away a year later at the age of 31.
